Let’s look at how the vehicles will be located in Japan: Our staff in Japan is constantly searching for the finest vehicles at auctions and private sales. Once they have located the vehicles our staff thoroughly inspect them.

Once purchased the vehicles have to be transported to our yard where they are cleaned and prepared for delivery for export.
The vehicle must then be de-registered and the documentation is prepared to allow shipment to Australia.

Once the vehicles reach Australia the shipping must be paid. The following charges must also be paid prior to release of the vehicles. 15% duty on the vehicle price and shipping; 10% GST based on the purchase price, we also have to pay quarantine, port charges and the clearing agents fees.

Once the vehicle has been cleared by customs we are able to transport the vehicle to our yard were the compliance will start according to the Australian Design Rules (ADR’s). The vehicle is then plated with the Compliance plates and the Australian VIN number (stamped), once this is done the vehicle is now ready to be registered.

So instead of having expensive premises in the CBD we operate from premises in suburban Melbourne. Our friendly staff members will be happy to assist you with any queries.

By keeping our expenses low we can afford to provide you with value for money vehicles at a lower price.

It goes without saying that there is no such thing as a free lunch. This applies to the purchase of cars as well. If you want the cheapest vehicle, you won’t find it here. If you want a good value for money vehicle, keep on looking here. Any apparent extra costs are relative to the condition and grade of the vehicle. Once you have purchased one of our vehicles, you will not look back as the ongoing costs of a genuine car are much less than a lower grade car which has done unknown mileage or has an unknown history.
There is no substitute for quality.
